How to Order Embroidered - Printed or Plain Garments

 

SAMPLE GARMENTS are chargeable, but if returned in original condition a full refund will be given. You can order plain (sample) garments online or by phone.

 

Ordering is easy, All Prices (unless otherwise stated) include embroidery of your logo/design or text in one position per garment.

NO MINIMUM ORDER and up to 15 COLOURS per embroidery design.

 

For Printing or Additional embroidered logos/text please ask us for a quote.

Order Online in our website – we use a SECURE SERVER so your details are safe.

 

  • Browse the site and select the garments you wish to order.
  • Fill out your embroidery requirements and payment details.
  • We will send you an email conformation of your order and a sample swatch of your design embroidered for your approval within 5 working days.
  • Lettering / Text Set Up is Free if you order x12 garments or more.
  • Orders less than x12 garments incur a £20 set up charge .
  • Logos and design set up are Free if your garment order is over £300.
  • For orders under £300 a charge of £45 for logo/design set up is applicable.
  • Once you have approved your design, your order will then be embroidered / printed at our premises in Ayr.
  • If you have already ordered from us and your embroidery or print design is set up in our system, then there are no additional charges or sampling required.
  • Should you wish to make alterations to your design this is generally free of charge unless we have to start afresh!
  • Your order will be ready 10 working days from date of confirmed order (subject to stock availability).
  • We deliver by our own van or by a national carrier.
  • Free Delivery On orders over £300 plus vat.
  • Or (if you are local) collect from our factory in Ayr.
  • Payment can be made by Cheque, Credit Card, or Switch.
    Credit Accounts may be arranged for regular business customers only (subject to referencing).
  • All Garments are individually bagged for your convenience.
  • Man-packing is available on request.

Returns – Plain goods & samples

 

Undecorated goods returned to us in 'as a completely new condition', unwashed & unworn in their original packaging and with all labels and swing tags intact. We reserve the option to not accept back any clothing unsuitable for resale. All return carriage charges are at the cost of the customer.

 

Return of Faulty Goods

 

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a returns form, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original invoice number. When we receive the items, we will investigate the fault, return them to the manufacturer (if necessary), and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Returns period

Our normal returns period is 28 days from when we first shipped the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 28 days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be paid by cheque. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

For goods not supplied as samples or for goods not returned in their original as new packing etc, with copy of original invoice we retain the option to levy a 10% per garment restocking charge.
