Embroidery and Printing

If you have a design or logo you wish to reproduce on your garments we recommend embroidery as the best way to do this.

Embroidery is the process of sewing your design, logo or name directly through your chosen garments. Embroidery creates an impression and look of quality, style and durability that far outlasts any form of printing. By using modern technology, embroidery is not an expensive option any number of colours can be used with no extra cost. Embroidery is ideal for application to poloshirts, sweatshirts, fleece, shirts, blouses, outdoor jackets, suits and overalls.

NO MINIMUM ORDER and up to 15 COLOURS per design.

Embroidery set up costs

If you have a logo or artwork you wish embroidered to you chosen garments, then there is a non-recurring charge of £ 45 plus vat for design up to 10,000 stitches. Larger designs will be quoted on sight of artwork.

Lettering/text is free if your order is for x12 garments or more provided you chose one of our standard stock fonts from the font list (and there is no logo or design to be reproduced)

For orders less than x12 garments, there is a non-recurring charge of £20 plus vat.

Once a garment has been embroidered or printed it cannot be returned. Please ensure you order the correct sizes.

Send us your design in jpeg format by email, or send a letterhead or design in the post. We will always sample your logo on fabric for your approval, this will usually take 5 working days.

Most of the garments in our range are priced inclusive of one embroidered logo to the left chest position. Additional logos or text can be added to almost any area of the garment (sleeves, below collar, right chest etc). Please ask for a quote for additional embroidery.

Printing

Ideal for Large back logos or names can be printed to your chosen garments.

As there are many different ways of printing depending on your use and budget we will quote after discussing this with you.

Delivery

Your order will be ready 10 working days from date of confirmed order (subject to stock availability).

We deliver by our own van or by a national carrier. On orders over £300 plus vat carriage is free.

Or (if you are local) collect from our factory in Ayr.

All Garments are individually bagged.

Individual Man-packing is available on request.
